Dame Shirley Bassey, Christopher Biggins and Cilla Black amongst the guests. Guy worked with Liz Brewer and Andrew Davis to create this glamorous evening for 500 lucky guests.
Venice · Private dinner for two
A scene from Once Upon a Time in America
A meticulous recreation of a scene from the 1984 Sergio Leone film. As the two guests entered the room, a twelve-piece string and piano section played the film's theme. Outside, the pier was floodlit and a Bedouin tent waited for post-dinner champagne.
